It's imperative if you use social media for business that your messages/posts are relevant to WHO you are trying to attract, in terms of selling your workshops, programs & services.

In order to create demand and consideration for whatever you are offering, you need to understand the platform you are posting on, the culture, and your strategy.

It's not just a 'nice to have' but a NEED if you want to sell your products and services.

𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆:

1) - What market of prospects you are speaking too

2) - What your offering is to that exact market

3) - What problem you are solving for that specific market

Did you know that the key to great selling, is to use the consultative approach?

Instead of coming across as a salesperson on your discovery calls, become the coach, the consultant, the advisor.

Remember, YOU are the EXPERT.

You want to identify where your prospect is currently at in terms of their life or business (depending what you are selling) and naturally ask questions while you build rapport to find out their desires.

You can either make the sales process seem scary and intimidating OR just look it in the way that you are highlighting their problems and showing them what will happen in their life or business once they have worked with you.

What will happen? What results will they get?

For example in my case, my clients will get more traffic, more leads, more sales (=more revenue, more clients etc)

You want to get them excited and prompt them to start doing business with you. It really doesn't have to be hard.

Just be a normal person and have normal conversations.

It really is that EASY!!

As a coach or knowledge-based expert enrolling a prospect into your program or service, your goal is to persuade potential clients to enroll or buy:

1) -𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: Before pitching your coaching program or service, listen carefully to what the prospect is saying. Ask open-ended questions to understand their needs and goals. This will help you tailor your pitch to their specific needs and demonstrate that you understand what they are really struggling with and what they have already tried before.

2) - 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: Instead of focusing solely on the features of the coaching program or service, emphasise the benefits that the potential client will receive. For example, highlight how the coaching program/service can help them achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and ultimately improve their life.

3) - 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬: Share success stories and social proof of clients who have already completed the coaching program or achieved results with your service. This will help demonstrate the effectiveness of the program and build trust with the prospect.

4) - 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Anticipate any objections the potential client may have and address them proactively. The best way is to dig deep when diagnosing so you address the objections along the way, this way you shouldn't have to address many later except for the price. When you pitch your offer, show them the cost if they don't solve get their problem solved. If they are concerned about the price of the program, explain the return on investment they can expect to see from investing in their personal or professional development.
